Far from the Truth but Fun to Imagine
If you're as responsible and exhausted as I am, then this is the place for you! Many of us need to learn to prioritize some breaks, and sleep, and vacations that don't require recovery after. There is so much to be said on this topic of self-care, but that would be tiresome.

My Short Film
Here's a throwback to when I made a short film called Quitters. Enjoy the fantasy of being callous and indifferent. (The postcard leads to the film Quitters, 11min).

Fernando Alessandri, PhD
I'm not astrological but I've been looking for a medium for quite some time. This is a place where I share my wit and occasional wisdom, which I am starting to print onto physical products. I have backgrounds in clinical psychology, comedy, film, and advertising. Oh, and I was in a kind of cult for 22 years (I don't mean college). Take a good look and feel free to reach out and about.

Why is the sky blue?
The sky is blue due to something called 'Rayleigh scattering'. Basically, light interacts with the air and scatters. However unlike normal scattering (like you would have with a light in a room), this scattering is proportional to the wavelength of the light. Hence higher frequency light (like blue light) is scattered more strongly, while the other colours tend to follow the path of normal sunlight!
