In 2009 I left the film industry to pursue Clinical Psychology to combine up-to-date research and practices in mental health, with my rich history of interest in philosophy, theology, literature, art, and comedy. Prior to psychology I had more than 20 years of experience in faith-based mentoring through a Christian/Catholic group that I left in 2008. I combine a solid education (Notre Dame '91; USC '02; OleMiss 2016) with careers in advertising, film, and psychology. My goal now is to revamp how things are done and to mobilize professionals and lay people to more actively recognize and address distress in their families and communities.
